Job summary

Lennox is seeking a supply chain analyst to measure and analyze purchasing, inventory, and vendor performance. You will model supply scenarios, optimize safety stock, and maintain Kanban loops while working with Sourcing, Production, Planning, Logistics and Finance teams.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2+ years of experience are required. You will develop reports and dashboards, support continuous improvement, and contribute to cost reduction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Familiar with logistics and production planning concepts; broad computer skills (databases, spreadsheets, statistics, logistics software).
• Understanding contracts and tariffs; strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Measure, analyze and impact supply chain operations including purchasing and inventory.
• Provide recommendations to improve productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Production, Planning, Logistics, Engineering, Finance and Sales.
• Analyze raw material plans and model supply-based scenarios.
• Maintain Kanban-based replenishment loops and vendor relationships.
