Job summary

Lennox is seeking an Inventory Optimization Analyst in Richardson, TX, to partner with Sales, Product Management, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning teams. You will leverage data insights to optimize inventory levels, improve product availability, and support working capital goals across the distribution network.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in a related field and 2+ years of experience; master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field; equivalent education/experience may be considered.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience; master’s degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory optimization and supply chain best practices.
• Ability to analyze large data sets using statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced statistical analysis to optimize inventory parameters and performance.
• Develop inventory assortment strategies for right products in right locations.
• Establish metrics and reporting to monitor inventory results.
• Collaborate with Supply and Demand Planning to optimize key parameters.
• Communicate inventory objectives with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to reduce excess/inventory and improve working capital.
• Prepare inventory analyses to support planning and business decisions.
