Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
• 4 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or engineering.
• APICS certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules for assigned product lines, including raw materials, packaging, semi-finished, and finished goods.
• Create procurement plans for required materials and manage purchase orders with suppliers.
• Align production schedules with demand and business objectives; optimize inventory levels and lead times.
• Conduct planning analyses to support decision-making and provide insights for optimization.
• Publish and present metrics related to service levels, inventory performance and capacity to senior management.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects to improve planning and scheduling processes.
• Monitor capacity requirements and report on constraints; collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve issues.
