Job summary

Aramsco, a leading supplier to specialty contractors across North America, seeks a Supplier Manager to lead supplier relationships, manage product lines, and drive SKU rationalization. Remote/Hybrid with occasional travel to supplier locations.

You will negotiate pricing, partner with Merchandising and Technical Managers, analyze product line performance, and develop programs to maximize value for the company and customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supplier or category management.
• Experience in negotiations and SKU management.
• Industrial or distribution sector preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain supplier relationships as primary contact.
• Define core supplier partnerships and pricing programs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to maximize value.
• Manage product lines and SKU details including rationalization.
• Collaborate with Merchandising on product development and supplier insights.
• Provide supplier insights on pricing, capacity and margins.
• Work cross-functionally to align supplier programs with company goals.
• Manage rebates, co-op funding, and promotional initiatives.
• Analyze product performance and identify improvements.
