Aramsco is seeking a Merchandising Manager to shape product strategy, optimize the assortment, and drive sales and margins across North America. Remote/hybrid role with occasional travel to branches and supplier facilities.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of merchandising or product management experience in an industrial or distribution setting, with strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of merchandising/product management experience in industrial or distribution sectors.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret insights, trends and sales data.
• Proven ability to manage launches and develop marketing materials.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement product strategies to optimize the product mix for customer value and margin growth.
• Oversee product launches with cross-functional teams for timely market introductions.
• Create and manage marketing collateral, packaging, labeling, and POS displays.
• Train customers and sales teams to improve product knowledge and selling effectiveness.
• Monitor product performance and provide reports with insights to senior management.
