S C Swiderski Management Inc. seeks a proficient Supplier Relationship Manager to oversee the enterprise supplier lifecycle, governance, and risk controls across the company. You will coordinate onboarding, compliance, and contract administration to ensure safe, cost-effective supplier engagement.

based in Mosinee, Wisconsin, the role partners with Legal, Finance, and Operations to drive performance improvements while maintaining strong supplier relations and audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, construction management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in supplier management, procurement, or contract administration.
• Experience with supplier onboarding, documentation review, compliance tracking, and risk management.
• Experience in construction, real estate development, property management, or supplier-intensive environments preferred.
• Experience with ERP, procurement, accounting, or document-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve enterprise supplier onboarding and approval processes.
• Maintain supplier documentation: W-9s, insurance, licenses, banking verification.
• Develop supplier scorecards and manage performance reviews.
• Coordinate contract administration, renewals, and term documentation.
• Escalate major third-party risks and drive corrective actions.
