Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Supplier Management within the DePuy Synthes Supplier Quality organization. This role leads continuous improvement, governance, and end-to-end supplier lifecycle management across the supply base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Science, Quality, Operations, or related.
• Minimum 10 years in Quality/Supplier Quality/Operations in regulated industry.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement and transformation strategy for Supplier Quality.
• Own portfolio governance, roadmaps, milestones, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate supplier lifecycle governance from onboarding to exit.
• Influence cross-functional partners across global matrix organization.
• Coach teams in project planning, risk management, and change control.
