Job summary

Elbit Systems of America, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager Supplier Quality Engineering in Fort Worth, TX. You will lead the supplier quality engineering team to drive performance improvements and foster a preventative quality culture ensuring on-time delivery of quality parts.

You will build strong partnerships with key suppliers and internal teams, develop QA processes, and allocate resources to align with business objectives and annual plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Manufacturing or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in leadership or program management roles.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent.
• Experience embedding advanced quality concepts into NPI and ERP/MRP planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Supplier Quality Engineers and collaborate with Supply Chain and Program Managers to drive improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate Key Supplier Performance and lead monthly reviews.
• Collaborate on development and implementation of supplier QA systems and SOPs.
• Drive front-end processes to incorporate supplier performance management in new programs.
• Develop supplier quality KPIs and Return to Green plans for continuous improvement.
