Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Quality professional to act as the SME for supplier activities and documentation. The role focuses on leading supplier quality initiatives, improving performance, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain and Procurement to drive metrics, manage supplier approvals, and guide corrective actions. Strong data skills and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in related industry experience; a bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two (2) years of related industry experience required; five (5) years preferred.
• Equivalent education/experience may be considered.
• Strong problem-solving using structured tools (FMEA, DMAIC, 8D).
• Ability to design and optimize systems with documented controls.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert for supplier activities and documentation.
• Lead supplier quality issues and communicate across the organization.
• Drive supplier performance via scorecard metrics with Supply Chain and Procurement.
• Manage Part Production Approval Process for new suppliers.
• Monitor SCAR processes and drive corrective actions.
