Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in industry; bachelor’s preferred in business or engineering.
• Two years required; five years preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proactive problem solving using structured tools (FMEA, DMAIC, 8D).
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Ability to design experiments and interpret results.
• Mentor site support functions and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for supplier activities and manage supplier documentation.
• Lead supplier quality issues and drive communication across the organization.
• Establish and drive supplier quality performance via scorecards with Supply Chain.
• Manage Part Production Approval Process for new suppliers.
• Monitor and resolve supplier nonconformances through SCAR.
• Ensure supplier understanding of customer and Excellerate requirements.
• Participate in supplier assessments and audits per procedures.
• Serve as primary customer contact for supplier quality in meetings.
