Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related industry experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering preferred
• Two (2) years of related industry experience required; five (5) years preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for supplier activities and maintain the Supplier Quality Manual
• Lead and manage supplier-related issues and communications
• Establish and drive supplier quality performance via scorecards
• Manage Part Production Approval Process for new suppliers
• Monitor and drive supplier corrective actions (SCAR)
• Ensure lifecycle compliance with customer and Excellerate requirements
• Participate in supplier approvals and audits
• Serve as primary customer contact for supplier quality in meetings
• Engage SMEs to address process concerns
• Guide disposition decisions for Non-Conforming Material
• Lead SCAR responses to customer requests
• Maintain supplier quality records and relationships
• Contribute to Quality Planning, FMEA and Control Plan processes
• Promote Excellerate quality initiatives
• Other related duties as assigned
