Job summary

FTI is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to lead supplier programs for manufacturing and packaging. You will manage supplier quality documentation, drive performance metrics, and collaborate with Supply Chain and Procurement to improve supplier outcomes.

Must have 2+ years in industry, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills, plus MS Office and BI tool familiarity, are essential. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related industry experience; a bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing and supplier quality programs.
• Ability to solve problems with structured methods (FMEA, DMAIC, 8D).
• Ability to design experiments and analyze data for stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication; confidentiality required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for supplier activities and manage Supplier Quality Manual.
• Lead supplier performance via scorecards with Supply Chain.
• Manage Part Production Approval Process for new suppliers.
• Drive SCAR activity and supplier corrective actions.
• Ensure supplier understanding of customer andExcellerate requirements.
