Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, or Supply Chain Quality.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% as required by business needs, maintain all travel documentation, and obtain customer security clearance within three months of hire.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build relationships and resolve issues professionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal and external quality standards.
• Implement quality standards for on-site providers, review performance, and initiate corrective actions as required.
• Conduct installation and supplier audits to evaluate quality performance and ensure compliance with established standards.
• Develop and implement corrective measures to address delivery performance issues at both the installation site and supplier level.
• Support cross-functional teams in the continued development of supply chain quality processes and tools, while contributing to the achievement of strategic goals.
• Maintain process and document control for material quality, including materials shipped directly to third-party suppliers.
• Compile, process, present, and maintain procurement-related data and information for internal and external reporting.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation related to quality performance, EHS standards, and delivery performance.
