The Boeing Company in Huntsville, Alabama, is seeking a Lead Supplier Program Management Specialist (Level 5) to guide critical suppliers within the Space Launch Systems team. You will provide technical and business guidance and drive strategic supply chain activities across contracts.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in root cause analysis and enforcing technical requirements, with extensive supplier management experience and a background in procurement strategy.

Qualifications

• Requires a technical bachelor's, master's or PhD in a mathematical, scientific or IT field.
• 5+ years of root cause analysis and corrective action experience.
• 5+ years of experience creating, interpreting or enforcing technical requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provides technical and business guidance to critical suppliers and programs.
• Leads strategic supply chain activities to manage work with suppliers and program.
• Manages all aspects of supplier and stakeholder relationships and performance through all contract phases.
• Leads supplier assessments and the development of recovery plans, corrective and preventive actions.
• Leads development of company or business unit procurement strategies.
• Provides oversight, guidance and verification of work movement projects.
• Communicates supplier and organization performance plans, risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Manages work movement plans.
