Job summary

The Boeing Company in Huntsville, Alabama, is seeking an Experienced Procurement Agent (Level 3) to join our Space Launch Systems team on site. This role focuses on integrating program and customer strategies into source selection, negotiating terms, and executing binding contracts.

Qualifications include 3+ years in supplier management or procurement, 1+ year with FAR and TINA, and a Bachelor’s degree or higher. Travel up to 25% may be required; relocation is not negotiable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supplier management, supply chain, and/or procurement practices.
• 3+ years drafting, reviewing and negotiating contractual agreements.
• 1+ year of experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations).
• 1+ year of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
• Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.
• Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
• Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
• Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
• Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.
