Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in sales or supplier management.
• Own supplier relationships and resolve issues with urgency.
• Analyze business data to drive profitability and strategic decisions.
• Work independently while collaborating with peers to grow share.

Responsibilities

• Builds the annual plan/calendar and supports pricing, promotions, and sales incentives with supplier partners and internal teams.
• Maintains market and sales understanding through visits with key accounts and managers.
• Negotiate price supports and manage budgets to grow gross profit.
• Forecasts supply levels and coordinates with purchasing to maintain inventory.
• Defines supplier spend and tracks monthly to stay within budget.
• Communicates goals to the sales team and tracks performance against targets.
• Prepares sell sheets and supports brand initiatives for sales teams.
• Manages supplier bill-backs with finance and resolves accounts receivable.
