Johnson Brothers, a leading family-owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer, seeks a National Supplier Performance Manager to optimize supplier planning, performance, and financial health across the U.S. You will guide pricing strategy, market execution, and POS deployment while collaborating with leadership and branch networks.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPI management, and development of training programs to elevate Johnson Brothers Sales personnel capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree required.
• People management experience.
• Brand/Supplier management experience in beverage industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage senior leaders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with urgency and initiative.
• Data-driven mindset and proficiency with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Supplier(s) Planning Process.
• Develop tactical overlays to cluster/brand strategy.
• Engage Johnson Brothers Leadership during process.
• Plan / execute against pricing strategies.
• Build target account lists for identified activities.
• Plan effective use of POS.
• Develop market execution plan by geography, channel, customer and brand.
• Integrate plan to drive Transformational Priorities.
• Include brand training where appropriate.
