Form Energy, an American energy storage leader, is hiring a Manager of Supplier Quality Engineering. You will build and lead a world-class SQE team and scale Form's quality management system to support PPAP and vendor conformity.

You will collaborate with design engineering, supplier industrialization, supply chain, and product quality teams to drive rapid response, long-term corrective actions, and zero-defect performance across the supplier base. This role offers remote work within the US.

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading supplier quality teams.
• Proven ability to drive corrective actions and PPAP support.
• Strong collaboration with design, supplier industrialization, and supply chain.
• Experience with quality systems and NPI processes.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead a team of Supplier Quality Engineers.
• Interface with design and supply chain leaders to improve Form's supplier quality management processes.
• Develop a culture of rapid response and long term corrective action within your team and with our vendors.
• Work with the NPI team to define and manage quality control and acceptance test procedures.
• Lead failure/root cause analysis efforts.
• Assist in the development of supplier quality documentation.
• Drive Zero Defect mentality within the supply base.
• Monitor and measure supplier performance related to quality nonconformance.
