Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Project Manager, Supplier Operations & Compliance, to own the end-to-end framework for supplier training, compliance, and performance. This on-site role at our Normal, IL facility focuses on onboarding, process design, and invoice compliance to protect production and improve throughput across the supply chain.

You will partner with IT and cross-functional teams to align business processes with system capabilities, driving supplier excellence and efficient procure-to-pay

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Operations, Supplier Performance, Logistics, or Procure-to-Pay.
• On-site willingness to work 5 days per week at Normal, IL manufacturing plant, day shift.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP) and supplier portals/EDI.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive supplier compliance and scorecard framework.
• Design and implement onboarding and training programs for suppliers.
• Coordinate internal systems alignment with IT and Supply Chain Analytics teams.
• Improve procure-to-pay cycle times and maintain supplier relationships.
