Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a Supplier Development Lead on the East Coast to drive supplier readiness, stabilization, and improvement across assigned suppliers. You will lead structured assessments, manage supplier action plans, and coordinate with operations, quality, and engineering to mitigate risk and enable scalable performance.

Ideal candidates bring RCCA investigative experience, project management, and a strong background in manufacturing or supply chain with supplier-facing

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business admin, supply chain or technical field with 3 years of experience.
• AS degree with 5 years of production support experience.
• Ability to travel to supplier sites as needed.
• Experience conducting RCCA investigations for quality or delivery issues.
• Project management experience.
• Background in operations/manufacturing, engineering, quality or supply chain with supplier-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and supplier containment actions with Operations and Quality.
• Facilitate supplier kick-off meetings to align expectations and actions.
• Conduct RCCA investigations to resolve critical issues.
• Develop and implement improvement plans with stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs to assess progress and containment effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Commodity Teams and SBUs for closed-loop feedback.
