Job summary

PCB Piezotronics, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead supplier quality, development and strategic sourcing for high‑precision electro‑mechanical components.

You will manage PCB’s Approved Supplier List (ASL), supplier scorecards, and collaborate across Purchasing, Design, Manufacturing, and Quality to drive cost reductions while maintaining top quality and on‑time delivery. Strong ERP and analytical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, sourcing, commodity purchasing, or project management.
• Experience in an ISO / AS or equivalent Quality Management System environment.
• Ability to read drawings, tolerances, and dimensional data.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as procurement primary point of contact for supplier quality and development.
• Manage PCB’s Approved Supplier List (ASL) and supplier records.
• Manage the supplier scorecard system and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Design and Manufacturing Engineering, Program Management, Quality and Sales to set requirements and standards.
• Lead cross functional supplier collaboration to reduce total cost and increase value.
• Conduct capability and risk assessments of current and potential suppliers.
• Provide technical expertise for sourcing components and services.
• Ensure materials and processes meet PCB’s quality system requirements.
• Lead supplier-related efforts to develop new process technology and supply chain methods.
• Perform strategic sourcing activities including SOW/RFI/RFP/RFQ, responses, and supplier selection.
• Actively manage supplier relationships and monitor contributions and conformance.
• Perform supplier audits and root cause analyses.
• Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and implement with suppliers.
