Qualifications

• Requires strong knowledge of supplier quality systems, manufacturing processes, and supplier development principles.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, Six Sigma methodologies, and related improvement practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to influence internal teams and external suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
