Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in supplier engineering, supplier quality, manufacturing or related operations.
• Experience with machining, forging, fabrication, or contract manufacturing suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and GD&T.
• Proven track record leading root cause investigations and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality improvement initiatives and develop performance plans.
• Assess machining, forging, and sheet‑metal processes for readiness and compliance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects to improve supplier performance and risk management.
• Lead audits, RCCA actions, PFMEA reviews, and supplier qualification activities.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior engineers.
