Northrop Grumman in Utah seeks a procurement specialist to manage supplier sourcing and subcontracting for a portfolio of programs. You will vet suppliers, shape statements of work, and negotiate terms within delegated authority with cross-functional teams.

This role requires FAR/DFARS familiarity, SAP/Costpoint tooling, and the ability to work with U.S. government/military customers. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany growth to Level 3 or 4 responsibilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional experience OR Master’s/PhD with corresponding experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Familiarity with FAR and DFARS regulatory frameworks.
• Experience using SAP and/or Costpoint for purchase orders.
• Experience working with U.S. government and military customers or programs.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Northrop Grumman suppliers to procure goods and services for multiple programs.
• Facilitate supplier vetting and approvals.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, business management and program management to define SOWs and specifications and develop subcontracting strategies.
• Prepare, write, and award subcontracts within delegated authority; obtain approvals when outside delegated authority.
• Manage pre-award activities (RFPs, proposals, terms) and post-award activities (administration, invoices, closeout).
• Support subcontractor NDAs and teaming agreements; ensure compliance with laws and company policy.
