Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Supply Chain Procurement Specialist in Utah. The role focuses on sourcing and procuring hardware components, COTS items, and machined parts to support production programs, with responsibilities spanning price analysis, negotiations, and supplier management.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of procurement experience (or a master’s with 0+), knowledge of SAP and ERP systems, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years in procurement, or Master’s with 0+ years; or 6+ years in procurement related fields
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
• MS Office suite experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure commodities (hardware, COTS, machined components) for production programs
• Conduct price analysis, negotiations, and follow FAR/DFARS policies
• Place and oversee procurement packages and RFQs/ proposals
• Evaluate supplier quality and delivery reliability with quality org
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate procurement activities
• Review and approve supplier invoices and payments
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with Programs and Global Supply Chain teams
