Northrop Grumman in Rolling Meadows, IL, seeks a Supply Chain Subcontract Specialist (Level 2) to manage subcontract life cycles, negotiate terms and ensure compliance with regulations. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with contracts, engineering, quality, and suppliers.

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years in supply chain or procurement, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. 9/80 schedule with travel up to 10% is offered.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of supply chain, procurement or related experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• US Citizenship is required for most roles.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead source selection from contract proposal to execution phases.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidder conferences, analyze proposals and negotiate subcontract provisions.
• Manage subcontracts, ensure compliance with public laws and company policies.
• Coordinate with contracts, engineering, quality, supplier development and planning.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement with Lean Six Sigma.
