Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Supply Chain Subcontract Specialist to source and manage complex subcontracting activities, including proposal evaluation, negotiation and closeout.

The role partners with legal, contracts, finance, planning, operations, and engineering to ensure on-time delivery and cost control. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree with experience in Subcontracts/Procurement, familiarity with FAR/DFARS, and SAP/MRP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years in Subcontracts, Procurement, Contracts, Finance or Program/Project Management.
• Experience with SAP/MRP or related business software.
• Knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure complex, specialized goods and services.
• Own subcontract sourcing, proposal evaluation, negotiation, award, execution, administration and closeout phases.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance across the subcontracting lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS and company policies and procedures.
