Job summary

Quanta Power Solutions seeks an experienced Subcontracts Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of subcontracting for EPC and power infrastructure projects, from solicitation through closeout. You will collaborate with project management, procurement, legal, and operations to ensure contracts meet project requirements and company policies.

The role requires 7–10 years in subcontracting or related fields, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and periodic travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7-10 years of subcontracting, procurement, supply chain, or construction contract administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, subcontract administration, and EPC/project delivery environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with contract management and procurement systems.
• Ability to travel periodically for site visits, field verification, and project activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and issue RFPs/RFQs and evaluate subcontractor proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, scope, and contract conditions with subcontractors.
• Prepare, execute, and administer subcontract agreements and amendments.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, compliance, insurance, and documentation requirements.
• Manage subcontract changes, claims, and dispute resolution activities.
• Collaborate with project teams to support schedule, cost, and risk management objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and contractual requirements.
