Job summary

CesiumAstro, a leader in space communication systems, seeks a Manager, Subcontracts to guide a team across programs and suppliers. You will coordinate sourcing, awards, administration, and governance to ensure program success and compliant execution.

The role requires FAR/DFARS proficiency, risk management, and cross-functional alignment with Program Management, Finance, Legal, and Suppliers to protect delivery and budget commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant experience in subcontract management, procurement, contracts, or government contracting.
• Leadership experience in subcontract management and cross-functional coordination.
• Advanced knowledge of FAR/DFARS, contractual flowdowns, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontract personnel across programs with workload and performance expectations.
• Develop subcontract professionals through coaching and performance management.
• Lead solicitations, evaluations, negotiations, awards, changes, disputes, and closeout.
