Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Lead Subcontracts Specialist to drive USG subcontracts and ensure FAR/DFAR compliance across program lifecycles. You will coordinate with program offices and suppliers to resolve issues and deliver results.

You will negotiate terms, manage subcontract performance, and liaise with cost/estimating teams to support timelines in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• 6 or more years of procurement/subcontracts administration experience.
• DoD procurement subcontracting experience (FAR15).
• Detailed understanding of DoD Procurement Life Cycle.
• Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing all U.S. Government end use subcontracts with suppliers for install operations lifecycle.
• Engage with program office/contracts group and support lead Program Managers on subcontractor cost, performance and schedule.
• Administer existing subcontracts with interaction with Program, Project, and Cost/Estimating Teams.
