Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Tempe/PHX/FL/GA offers a Senior Subcontracts Specialist role focused on driving procurement, ensuring policy compliance, and evaluating bids. You will report to the Director of Strategic Sourcing and work on a hybrid schedule across multiple U.S. locations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in procurement/subcontracts, strong negotiation and contract management skills, and knowledge of DoD procurement life cycle. Experience with SAP and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

3+ years of procurement/subcontracts administration, L&C, Supply Chain.
Negotiation and contract management skills.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with procurement software and tools.

Responsibilities

Drive procurement of materials/services for programs.
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations (DoD/FAR where applicable).
Evaluate bids and proposals and develop solutions.
Resolve subcontract issues and maintain supplier relationships.
Report to the Director of Strategic Sourcing and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
