Sierra Space Corporation is seeking a Sr Subcontracts Manager to oversee high-value subcontracts from solicitation through close-out. You will develop agreements, ensure FAR/DFAR compliance, and manage supplier relationships on a global scale.

You will lead negotiations, implement policies, and advise leadership on risk and strategy while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on critical missions and programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 8+ years of related experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft suite of products.
• Extensive knowledge of subcontract management.
• Expertise in government and commercial contracting regulations (FAR/DFAR).
• Mastery of contractual and legal frameworks governing subcontracting.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, market trends, and global sourcing.
