Job summary

United Integrated Services (UIS) seeks a BIM Coordinator to support construction projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate with Taipei design, clients, and subcontractors to integrate designs into construction-ready BIM models.

The role requires strong Revit/Navisworks experience, proficiency in AutoCAD/Primavera, and excellent organization. This position reports to the Design Department and involves on-site work in Arizona.

Qualifications

• The candidate has a bachelor’s degree in VDC or related field and 1–2+ years in design coordination.
• Hands-on BIM experience with Revit and coordination across design and construction teams.
• Knowledge of semiconductor cleanroom environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design and construction models and ensure BIM deliverables meet standards.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and subcontractors to integrate designs for construction.
• Perform clash detection, model navigation, and file management across project teams.
• Coordinate with US site team and Taipei design group to align design deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation and support meetings and design reviews.
