Job summary

Fincantieri Marinette Marine is seeking a Subcontract Management Supervisor to lead the development and execution of subcontract plans for assigned programs.

The role requires knowledge of FAR/DFARS, strong negotiation and contract-management skills, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Bachelor’s degree and six years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, service supplements and procurement law.
• Understanding of contract financing methods (progress, milestone, and performance-based payments).
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes with MRP/PRP functions.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor.
• Adherence to ISO and OSHA policies; safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Statement of Work (SOW), post-award Start-up and Post Award Conference (PAC).
• Maintain respective area of the Outsourcing Matrix and ensure receipt of deliverables.
• Conduct Production Readiness assessments, SMT meetings and external Subcontractor status reviews.
• Analyze subcontractor performance and support Subcontract Progressing and Close-out activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
