Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) seeks a Digital Enterprise Project Engineer to support AEDC at Arnold AFB, TN. You will help develop scope, requirements, estimates, and schedules for capital investments and maintenance projects within the Digital Enterprise PM portfolio.

You will coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other functions to ensure resources and schedules align with project goals and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Grade 07 requires 2 years of progressive work experience in design engineering or related fields.
• Grade 08 requires 5 years of progressive work experience in design engineering or related fields.
• Prior experience managing engineering projects and/or designing systems.
• Current U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering deliverables for a project or group of projects with Digital Enterprise Project Managers and Managers to secure resources for design activities.
• Communicate information to aid priority determination by Digital Enterprise Branch Management.
• Work with the technical team to develop work breakdown structures, CPM schedules, and resource, cost and budget plans.
• Assist Project Control in critical path analysis and timelines for task completion and tracking deliverables against plan.
• Communicate schedule conflicts and resource/time constraints to project team and managers.
• Support PM responsibilities including progress reports and standardized reporting procedures.
• Track project charges and ensure proper charge numbers.
• Organize and communicate project information (scope, requirements, drawings, estimates) to team members.
• Serve as a liaison between project team, contractor, and government engineers.
• Support process improvement and documentation of new processes.
