Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years general management experience, including financial accountability and 4 years supervising at least 50 nonexempt and at least 5 exempt associates.

• Directs and develops management and hourly associates in facility operations, merchandising, and company direction.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures; resolve issues and respond to inquiries.
• Drive financial performance by achieving sales and profit goals and managing expenses.
• Lead academy training, develop talent, and succession planning across the leadership team.
• Build community relationships and uphold Walmart's open-door policy while engaging stakeholders.
