Ross Stores, Inc. in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking an experienced Store/Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise teams, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role focuses on efficient store performance, staffing, and adherence to company policies and safety standards.

You will drive merchandising standards, assist with training and development of Associates, and ensure a safe, inviting shopping environment while prioritizing high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Associates.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Able to exercise independent judgment.
• Maintain high quality of Customer Service.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsabilités

• Leads all store operations and supervises Associates.
• Analyzes store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall store performance.
• Communicates variances to Company standards to the Store Manager.
• Ensures proper scheduling of Associates to meet business objectives.
• Ensures compliance with all state, local and federal regulations.
• Ensures safety policies are followed and safety meetings are conducted.
• Executes customer service and merchandising programs through training and supervision.
• Directs and coaches Retail Associates at the registers, service desk and floor.
