Walgreens in Jacksonville is seeking an experienced Store Operations Leader to supervise the front-end and pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient daily store performance and strong customer service. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Walgreens Community Internship Program or High School Diploma/GED with two years of supervisory experience.
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

Oversees customer service associates and front-end store operations to achieve company deliverables.
Supports Store Manager in all store operations and is prepared to assume duties in their absence.
Leads recruitment, performance management, and discipline for store team.
Monitors customer service metrics and coaches staff to improve loyalty and satisfaction.
Manages store cash, inventory, pricing changes, and adherence to SOPs.
