Qualifications

• Master's degree in higher education, counseling, career services, business, science, or math-related fields is required.

• Proven ability to build and sustain strategic relationships with employers and external partners.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills across organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Handshake, LinkedIn, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employer engagement strategies aligned with college priorities.
• Cultivate relationships with employer partners to expand internships and co-op opportunities.
• Conduct employer site visits to deepen partnerships and experiential learning.
• Design branding/marketing strategies with employers to boost student engagement.
• Plan and execute events such as career fairs and networking sessions with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with CSAM departments and university staff to align efforts across colleges.
• Analyze engagement metrics to inform strategy and improve programs.
