Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in program administration or program coordination.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, solutions-oriented, and collaborative professional withstrong communicationskills and a demonstrated commitment to student engagement, employer relations, and higher education.
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Employer Engagement & Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for employer partners engaging with CNS students and coordinate meetings to align activity with institutional strategies.
• Program Coordination & Student Engagement: Design and deliver targeted programs connecting students with industry insights and opportunities.
• Event Collaboration: Plan and execute employer-facing events such as career fairs, networking nights, and panels with smooth logistics and post-event follow-up.
• Marketing & Stakeholder Communication: Assist in creating communications to promote events and programs to students, faculty, staff, and employers.
• Campus Collaboration & Strategic Alignment: Work with campus career services to support cross-department recruitment goals.

Education
