Job summary

ABC Industries is seeking a startup recruiter in San Francisco to drive the next phase of growth. You will partner with the VP of Sales to hire top talent for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, owning the process from kickoff to offer negotiations, and continuously iterating with the Head of Talent on tools and candidate experience.

In this consultative role you will manage senior stakeholder relationships, negotiate close deals, and build a high-bar talent pipeline by effectively sourcing

Qualifications

• Has autonomously supported at least one line of business for hiring.
• Has managed senior leadership/hiring manager relationships within Sales and can show strategic influence.
• Has managed and evaluated inbound and outbound Sales talent.
• Has experience recruiting passive talent.
• Has history of effective partnerships with hiring teams.
• Has partnered with Recruiting Coordination and Sourcing support teams.
• Has proven ability to negotiate and close candidates.
• Has sourced and recruited a high bar of talent.
• Proven ability to work cross functionally to drive candidates to hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Talent team to optimize processes and candidate experience.
• Define quality bar for Sales hires and ensure it is met.
