Job summary

JPMorganChase’s Community Engagement team seeks a Stakeholder Insights, Associate in Washington, DC to synthesize stakeholder and market intelligence, producing guidance to shape stakeholder engagement across policy, business, and community priorities.

You will partner with Corporate Responsibility and Lines of Business to align activity with firm priorities, develop insights materials, and support strategic planning. Strong communication skills and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in grants administration, project management, stakeholder intelligence, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare presentations and reports.
• Excellent judgment, organizational skills, and independent decision-making ability.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Domestic travel may be required, approximately once quarterly or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Source, synthesize, and analyze stakeholder, business, and market intelligence; distill themes for internal teams.
• Track, monitor, and report on emerging policies, issues, and trends; elevate risks to internal partners.
• Develop and deliver insights materials (issue briefs/primers, memos, decks, talking points, briefers) to support engagement.
• Produce landscape analyses and positioning/perception assessments to inform strategy and recommended actions.
• Monitor and communicate progress on priority issues and relevant product/service developments.
• Build resources, tools, and best practices that enable consistent insights work.
• Support the Head of Community Engagement in the execution of strategic planning and grant portfolio management.
• Identify opportunities to improve team processes and collaborate with Community Engagement Associates to complement efforts and enhance effectiveness.
