Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Stakeholder Insights Associate in Washington, DC to analyze stakeholder input and policy developments supporting community priorities and financial services strategy.

You will synthesize feedback, produce actionable guidance, and collaborate with Corporate Responsibility and business lines to align activities with firm priorities. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in grants administration, project management, or stakeholder intelligence.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to prepare presentations and reports.
• Excellent judgement, organization, and independent decision-making.
• Results-oriented with high attention to detail and analytics.
• Creative, flexible, collaborative; able to work independently and in a team.
• Proactive time management, prioritization, and self-starting attitude.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders with multiple viewpoints.
• Domestic travel may be required, approximately quarterly.

Responsibilities

• Source, synthesize, and analyze stakeholder, business, and market intelligence and distill themes.
• Track emerging policies and trends; alert internal partners to risks that affect reputation or strategy.
• Develop insights materials such as briefs, memos, decks, talking points, and briefers.
• Produce landscape analyses and positioning assessments to inform actions.
• Monitor progress on priority issues and product/service developments.
• Build resources and best practices to enable consistent insights work.
• Support Head of Community Engagement in strategic planning and grant management.
• Create PowerPoint decks and collateral as needed for presentations.
• Identify opportunities to improve team processes with Community Engagement Associates.
