Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 0–2 years of experience in program coordination, communications, administration, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to optimize daily workflow and program efficiency.
• Draft, edit, and distribute external communications to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Proactively manage calendars, prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and track follow-up items.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for public-facing events, including venues and travel itineraries.
• Maintain stakeholder engagement trackers and manage centralized information sites.
