This role supports the National Institute for Defense Health Cooperation (NIDHC) within MCMSP, serving as the administrative hub for multi-agency coordination and executive calendars. You will craft external communications, manage complex schedules, and coordinate logistics for events and site visits with military, civilian, and academic partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in program coordination, communications, administration, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with meticulous records.
• Familiarity with federal organizations or military health systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to optimize daily workflow and program efficiency.
• Draft, edit, and distribute external presentations, emails, social media posts, and mass communications.
• Proactively manage schedules, prepare targeted agendas, capture minutes, and track follow-ups.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for public-facing events, including venue, registration, and collaterals.
• Collaborate with MCMSP and Front Office to standardize communication protocols and maintain alignment.
• Maintain a comprehensive registry of stakeholders and engagement histories.
• Support Program websites serving as the hub for internal and external communications and resources.
• Act as liaison for external partners, ensuring prompt and professional information flow.
• Direct logistics for complex, multi-agency meetings and site visits (agendas, calendars, travel itineraries, access).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
