This role builds new client relationships, deepens market presence, and creates opportunities across growth markets.

Qualifications

8–12+ years of business development or full-desk recruiting experience.
Finance and accounting staffing experience is preferred.
Portable network and proven sales playbook are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities in project staffing and permanent placement for manager to exec-level roles.
Build strong internal relationships with partners and client-facing professionals to identify referral and cross-selling opportunities.
Introduce clients to Cherry Bekaert capabilities in tax, advisory, and digital transformation when aligned with client needs.
Represent the Recruiting and Staffing practice at industry events to strengthen brand visibility.
Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure client needs are understood and fulfilled.
Navigate client agreement discussions and support negotiations with operations and leadership.
Maintain pipeline visibility and revenue forecasts with a long-term relationship mindset.
