Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary to direct-hire roles for a variety of clients. You will define hiring strategies, build pipelines, and guide candidates through interviews and submissions.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and fluency with ATS and MS Office. This is a client-facing role that may require coordinating with hiring managers and redeploying associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of recruiting or HR experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recruiting for multiple client roles.
• Develop client-specific recruiting strategies and role-specific plans.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive candidate pipeline.
• Coach candidates on resumes and interview performance.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand client needs and timelines.
• Lead or escalate in absence of management.
• Post jobs across multiple applicant tracking systems.
