Qualifications

BS in Electrical Engineering or applicable discipline.
15+ years working knowledge and experience of electric power systems, or equivalent.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring of engineers.
Excellent technical, presentation, writing, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery, development, evaluation, and advancement of innovative ideas, technologies, applications, market opportunities, and growth initiatives.
Drive market analysis, benchmarking, competitive intelligence, and customer engagement to identify unmet needs and value propositions.
Establish and manage a continuous pipeline of strategic opportunities from customer needs, market dynamics, and SEL initiatives.
Translate market opportunities into product requirements by collaborating with Product Management, Sales, Engineering Services, and R&D.
Provide deep expertise in technologies and applications to ensure products deliver differentiated value.
Influence product strategy, roadmaps, business cases, and technical narratives to support growth.
