You will lead cross‑functional teams, mentor engineers, and drive growth while upholding SEL's ESOP culture and world‑class manufacturing principles. Travel may be required as needed.

Formación

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering or applicable discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in electric power systems or equivalent.
• Recognized leader and expert in distribution protection and industry practices.
• Deep focus in the utility market with cross-functional knowledge.
• Strong mentoring, training, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Proven ability to learn, adapt, and collaborate across teams.
• Background check satisfactory; drug test negative.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery, development, and evaluation of new ideas and growth initiatives.
• Drive market analysis, benchmarking, customer feedback, and trend analysis.
• Maintain a strategic opportunities pipeline from needs, dynamics, and tech advances.
• Translate market opportunities into product requirements with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide deep expertise to ensure offerings meet validated market needs.
• Influence product strategy, roadmaps, and technical narratives.
• Drive customer adoption, market expansion, and long‑term revenue growth.
• Educate internal/external audiences on SEL capabilities and tech.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and value realization.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate; contribute to IP development.
• Represent SEL in standards bodies and industry forums.
