You will lead the bridge between customers, Marketing, Product Management, Sales & Customer Service, Engineering Services, and R&D to turn insights into differentiated products and solutions. You will guide strategy, roadmaps, and technical narratives, mentor engineers, and drive market adoption and revenue growth while upholding SEL values and world class manufacturing

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in electric power systems.
• Expert in power system protection and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and advancement of ideas and growth initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis and customer engagement to identify opportunities.
• Manage strategic opportunity pipeline from market needs.
• Translate opportunities into product requirements with stakeholders.
• Provide deep expertise to ensure products address market needs.
• Influence product strategy, roadmaps, and value propositions.
• Drive customer adoption and revenue through feedback and market learning.
